SIGMA CUM LAUDE LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States will be canceled and refunded.
All orders ship free of charge within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free shipping. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no shipping fees and no sales tax added.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement. Processing time does not include weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, or remote delivery locations may affect actual delivery time.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at business@sigmacumlaude.com.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at business@sigmacumlaude.com or +1-930-837-1943. We can only update the address before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please check with household members and neighbors first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will issue a refund for the product cost minus any return shipping fees charged by the carrier. If you would like the order re-shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
For choir robe or faculty regalia orders of 10 or more items, please contact us at business@sigmacumlaude.com before placing your order. We can coordinate sizing, consolidated shipping, and delivery timing for group orders.
