3-Sided Electric Fireplace with Infrared Heat and Flames

Flames in five colors, visible from three sides of the room.

With glass on three sides and a brick-style back panel, this stove plugs into a standard wall outlet and gives you a fireplace view from almost anywhere in the room. It runs on household power at 1,000 or 1,500 watts, and infrared heating keeps the air from drying out. Set your temperature and the heater switches itself on and off to hold it, or run the flame alone with no heat at all. There's a 12-hour timer, a remote, and overheat and tip-over cut-offs; assembly is just attaching the feet.

Why you'll love it

• Plugs into the wall: Household power at 1,000 or 1,500 watts, with an adjustable temperature that holds itself and a 12-hour timer.
• Five flame colors: The 3D flame runs with or without heat, so you get the glow even on mild evenings.
• Infrared warmth: Heats without drying the room's air, with coverage of up to about 1,000 sq ft (93 m²).
• Safety cut-offs: Overheat protection and a tip-over switch shut the stove down if something goes wrong.
• Three glass sides: The 17.3 x 10.6 in (44 x 27 cm) front window plus side panes show the flames from the sofa and the dining table.
