Refillable Water Dumbbell with Adjustable Weight

A hand weight you set yourself, one pour at a time

This pink dumbbell starts out empty and light, so you decide how heavy it gets by adding water. Filled to the top it weighs up to about 2.2 lb (1 kg), which is right for toning, aerobics and warm-ups. One side is flat, so it stays put on the floor instead of rolling under the couch. No power needed, just water from the tap.

Why you'll love it

• Your weight, your call: Add a little water for light reps or fill it up for about 2.2 lb (1 kg).
• Stays where you put it: The flat side keeps it from rolling away between sets.
• Easy to stash: Empty it out and it weighs next to nothing in a bag or drawer.
• Simple to use: No power needed: fill, close and start moving.
• Durable plastic: The sturdy plastic shell handles everyday home workouts.

Perfect for: home workouts, aerobics classes, toning routines, travel workouts
