Thick Non-Slip Yoga Mat with Carry Strap

Thick enough that your knees stop complaining

This mat is made from cushioned NBR foam, so planks, lunges and floor stretches feel softer on knees, wrists and hips. The textured surface grips the floor and stays in place through a full flow. Pick the standard 72 x 24 in (183 x 61 cm) size or the extra-wide 73 x 31.5 in (185 x 80 cm) version that gives you room for push-ups and side stretches. A carry strap is included, so the mat rolls up and goes with you.

Why you'll love it

• Cushioned foam: Thick NBR foam softens every kneeling and lying pose.
• Non-slip: The textured surface holds its place on wood, tile and carpet.
• Extra-wide option: The 31.5 in (80 cm) version gives elbows and knees extra room for floor work.
• Carry strap: Roll it up, strap it and carry it to class or the park.
• Two colors: Black or gray, both in both sizes.

Perfect for: home workouts, yoga and pilates, stretching after a run and floor exercises.
